Your account
You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the service.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Foundry lawfully and to follow our Acceptable Use Policy. Don't misuse the platform or attempt to disrupt it.
Credits and billing
Credits meter fine-tunes and inference. Purchased credits are consumed as you use the service. Prices may change with notice.
Your content
You retain ownership of the data you upload and the models you train. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you.
Availability & changes
We work hard on uptime but the service is provided as-is. We may update features and these terms; material changes will be communicated.
Termination
You can close your account any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
