Refund Policy
How refunds work for credit purchases on Foundry. We aim to be fair and fast.
Credit purchases
Credits are prepaid and consumed as you fine-tune and run models. Unused credits never expire and roll over between top-ups.
When you're eligible
- -A duplicate or accidental charge
- -A billing error on our side
- -Unused credits within 14 days of purchase
- -A failed platform issue that consumed credits
When we can't refund
- -Credits already spent on completed jobs
- -Requests made after 14 days for unused credits
- -Charges that violate our Acceptable Use Policy
How to request a refund
Contact us with your account email and the charge details. We review requests within a few business days and issue eligible refunds to the original payment method.
